THE HACKETT FAMILY

My wife, Karen and I were lucky enought to be able to attend the 125th Hackett reunion and miss being able to attend each year.  I was born Gary Hackett, son of Claude Vernon Hackett and grandson of Joshua Terry Hackett.  My interest in the Hackett story was enhanced by letters from Alice Burton Hackett who provided a glorious story of the Hackett family and encouraged my interest.  My wife and I spend a part of each week researching our family genealogy.  I was enthralled by the wonderful pictures of 'Hackett Castle' provided by Garry and Elizabeth.  They are the best I've ever seen. Now, I wish we were able to make a solid connection with Jacob's family and the place we may have come from. 

I hope we can share pictures of our family at this web site as well as family information with each other.
